Only one bathroom for men and one for women refreshments are outside but you can bring them in. Seats ok but can be hard to see around big heads
Great sound and the young performers were awesome! Ironically the soundman made a noise while a young pianist played, hence the one star knock off for the venue.
Finding the right entrance for an after-dark concert on your first visit is not straight-forward. Better signage is needed or I missed it in the dimness. The nearby parking garage was an easy experience, though, and the cost was not bad. I don't know if rates vary by event. The hall itself has all of the charm of a janitor's closet, but the acoustics were quite good for the solo piano event I attended. I sat about 8‐10 rows back from the piano.
