First time visiting crosswinds and found security and staff to be friendly and helpful. I arrived on a Sunday evening, it was quite crowded and it seemed like there were a lot of people winning. By Sunday night it had cleared out quite a bit and there was no problem getting on any machine you wanted. I stayed at the winds hotel and returned Monday morning to find the casino completely empty. I lyfted to grocery store for cash back and got home items so i wouldnt have to go back to grocery store later that day. I than lyfted all the way out to park city to play, and had my purchase from grocery store with me. 12 pack of pepsi.They wouldn't let me leave my 12 pk of pop at desk, or outside , or anywhere. And i couldn't go inside with it either.
