Absolutely Superb care home. Father currently a resident and here is feedback from ‘The horses mouth’. ‘I love this place, they care for my every need’. ‘The staff are so efficient and friendly’ ‘The food is top quality’ ‘This is ‘Manu’, he is brilliant and my right hand man’. (when introducing senior nurse Manu) Absolutely delighted my Dad is so well cared for. Special mention to manager Kelvin also who is superb, attentive and in tune with all that goes on. Thanks to all the team for being AMAZING.
My Granny is in Crossways and I couldn't ask for a better place for her to be. Having worked in care homes myself for 18 years this is by far the best home I have come across. The staff are amazing, Granny is always clean and comfortable, nothing is to much trouble. Thank you to crossways staff for being absolute heros. I cannot fault the home and highly recommend it.

My Aunty Zena and Uncle Jack were both residents here for a good number of years and were looked after very well,all the staff were very friendly,helpful and understood all their different needs,nothing was too much for the staff.I was alway made welcome when I visited my aunt and uncle and use to join them for lunch and supper when I visited,they made both me and my cousins and family feel welcomed when we visited,nothing was too much.Thank you all for looking after them so well until they passed away.
It is a good place with a lively atmosphere and the staff there are kind and lovely. great place with people who care about you and your environment. i hope that they’re doing well in the most hardest of times nowerdays
