I'm in a wheelchair and I have to get ride to the doctor I'm back home. Crossway transportation is usually takes me there on time, they get me to where I need to go safely. Very respectful very safe and very friendly. My driver is excellent real good to like person. Very professional. Cares about people. When I get home sometimes and he sees me get on my Walker cuz I usually leave in my wheelchair but I have to use my Walker once I get up the steps he'll encourage me by saying you go!. My boyfriend had a stroke back in September. And I go on his rides with him cuz he's in a wheelchair. And crossway transportation is usually the one that's called out to take us we have had other providers come. But crossway transportation has been the best overall no problems on time there to pick you up very down to earth people but professional. Care about your safety and well-being. The lady that answered the phone was very friendly and courteous, answered my questions, and found a driver for me. The driver, Mr Rodney, could not have been nicer.
Always on time for my appointments. Clean and professional.
