I love this consignment shop. I always find a great deal on cute clothes. The merchandise is always in great condition.

This store is so cool......they have every brand name in the store and for a great price. As for thrift-like shops, this one is fun and higher end for casual wear and dresses. I love that you can trade things that you won't wear anymore and get something "new to you" in the same transaction.
The two stars are for the store concept and prices.. The three missing stars are for the horrible customer service of the employees at this store. I read the reviews of the service here, but I decided to give it a shot anyway, since I am a nice guy and figured I would be treated with the same respect. I made my first and last trip to Crossroads Traiding on Griffith Park Blvd. this past Sunday. I think that it is a cool store and has a lot to offer. Most of the staff was very pleasant and smiling; however I encountered a rather rude employee. The female that was extremely rude and made me feel like a crazy person. I took in three large bags of items after cleaning out my closet. I had 4 pairs of designer shoes I had never worn, a Coach purse that was in great shape and lots of desinger jeans in great shape. I've always liked the stuff I find at Crossroads. You have to dig, but I always seem to find something that's worth the time it takes.
