Doug was friendly enough when I met them and when I could get them on the phone. I filed my taxes here in 2021. They were clearly overloaded (they had a software issue that year), and didn't get things filed until the extension date in October. Cool the first time. Nice people, but slow. They tried to blame it on the pandemic, but they misread emails and forgot certain things they did. Had to redo forms and processes. It's taking 3 months to get money back! Not thorough and consistent.
Doug is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. He helped resolve an issue for me very quickly. Will be using him again in the future.
