Our washing machine filter was clogged and crossroads was assigned the work through our home warranty. The gentleman was on time and fixed our washing machine within 90 min. He did a really good job, I highly recommend
The compressor in our refrigerator went out on Wednesday and within 2 days Paul, the repair man, diagnosed the problem and ordered the new compressor. He said it may take a week to get it but then called later that evening and said he would be back to our house to install the new compressor on Tuesday, just 4 days later. Crossroads supply came to our home to look at our ice maker. Ron was there 15 minutes, knew exactly what the problem was and ordered the parts. Less than a week later the parts came in, they came back out and put the parts in and. It has never worked this good in 5 years! I couldn’t be more happy with them and will definitely recommend them if you need something fixed in your home. Thank you Crossroads for your wonderful service!
