The compressor in our refrigerator went out on Wednesday and within 2 days Paul, the repair man, diagnosed the problem and ordered the new compressor. He said it may take a week to get it but then called later that evening and said he would be back to our house to install the new compressor on Tuesday, just 4 days later. Crossroads supply came to our home to look at our ice maker. Ron was there 15 minutes, knew exactly what the problem was and ordered the parts. Less than a week later the parts came in, they came back out and put the parts in and. It has never worked this good in 5 years! I had dryer and built-in microwave oven issues last week. I filed a claim at Choice Home Warranty. Crossroads Supply picked up the call and show-up at our house the next day. The technician quickly identified the problems, ordered the parts, and returned to complete the jobs. Both the dryer and microwave oven are working well. Thank you for your quickly service.
