I met with them for financial planning. After having me sign an “ engagement letter” that had no details of the services provided, they acted shocked at my request for some sort of written agreement detailing specific services and times. After this they stated “I was not a match”. Tony specifically, asked me to send sensitive documents through email. Absolutely under qualified and unprofessional.
