I felt the professional attitude the moment I entered the store. Ashley and another gentleman immediately noticed that I was having difficulty walking and kindly brought me a chair while greeting me warmly. I had recently experienced a gout flare-up just before my trip, so I visited the store to see if there were any solutions that could make traveling easier. This is the second time I’ve been in this store, and both times I was very warmly welcomed. Sharon and Ashley took the time to help me understand the options, the pros & cons of each and ultimately helped me decide the right mobility device for us. This is a family business and they really care about your particular situation, and ensure you are set up with the best option. Sharon even skipped lunch to help me. So kind.
Customer service here was out of this world! My elderly mother went to get my father's wheelchair repaired and the staff was unbelievably helpful and went out of their way to make the process of the repair easy and seamless. Special thanks to Sharon for her hard work and all of her help. We would recommend this place to everyone!
Sharon and her staff are knowledgeable, efficient and most importantly kind. I walked into their store at a very difficult time as we making plans for my mum to move to long-term care. Within 24 hours they had set-up the alternating air flow mattress in time for my mum's move. Sharon was very helpful in guiding me through the complexities of extended health benefits. Highly recommend Crossroads Mobility.
