I went in looking for a rare replacement part that no other shops seemed to carry, and they had it! Even though I hadn't originally bought my walker from them, the staff noticed my handle was jammed and fixed it on the spot out of the goodness of their hearts. Friendly, stocked with hard-to-find parts, and incredibly helpful. 10/10!

I felt the professional attitude the moment I entered the store. Ashley and another gentleman immediately noticed that I was having difficulty walking and kindly brought me a chair while greeting me warmly. I had recently experienced a gout flare-up just before my trip, so I visited the store to see if there were any solutions that could make traveling easier.
