Sharon and her staff are knowledgeable, efficient and most importantly kind. I walked into their store at a very difficult time as we making plans for my mum to move to long-term care. Within 24 hours they had set-up the alternating air flow mattress in time for my mum's move. Sharon was very helpful in guiding me through the complexities of extended health benefits. Highly recommend Crossroads Mobility.

Amazing service. Needed a transport chair rental and they pulled the chair off the showroom floor and had it delivered within the hour. Rates were amazing and made a stressful situation significantly better. Highly recommend.
The staff here was excellent. Needed 2 replacement wheels for a walker. They were able to come up with 2 matched pairs to replace the old ones, for a completely refurbished walker
