Since I first talked with the owner, Sharon, I have had exceptional service. My dad had been bed bound for months, with my mom his only caregiver. When he went into full care, Sharon personally met with him, and measured him for a wheelchair that would be comfortable and keep him safe. With her expertise, the right chair was made, and he is now up and interacting with other residents everyday. It has improved his quality of life. I hobbled in with a broken foot. They didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, but Ashley was extremely accommodating and gave me honest advice about where I can look to find what I need. She showed genuine care for me, a complete stranger, and gave me great guidance for my next “steps” 😏 I followed her advice and now less than 24 hours later, I have everything I need for my recovery. Thank you!
Had a most delightful experience here . What wonderful service from Ashley and the team , totally solved the problem I was having with my walker and very reasonably priced.
I went in looking for a rare replacement part that no other shops seemed to carry, and they had it! Even though I hadn't originally bought my walker from them, the staff noticed my handle was jammed and fixed it on the spot out of the goodness of their hearts. Friendly, stocked with hard-to-find parts, and incredibly helpful. 10/10!
These guys were so helpful and accommodating. I rented a wheelchair for my wife after her fall. Thank you the the team.
