Thos organization isn't doing what it says they do. They treat people different ans the Job counselor is rude and she is very selective with the people that she really wants or not want to help. I will not recommend this place They never help me with any emergency bills, I asked for help with my rent since I'm a single mom with two teenagers daughters And they never even offer me a penny. They getting money for government for help. And they don't do it

Crossroads Jobs is one of my favourite non-profits in Loudoun. The service they provide is fantastic and sorely needed. I refer everyone looking for work to them and whenever I am hiring i call them first! 5* for sure.

I had a terrible time with this place. The Director did not want to help me, my disability is not visible, I suffer from PTSD, I was treated poorly, and rejected. No one bothered to ask me, plus I was told I did nothing right ? I kew nothing about how this place works, ir you have an unvisible disability, Or if you do not talk about it, I was ridiculed and made fun of, don’ t expect help here.
