The employee literally sat at his computer, recommended 2 websites for us to pick out our piece of furniture. Which we went home and did, then came back and ordered our furniture. Customer Service was definitely lacking with out experience. But, for an extra $50, we get it delivered. Update to our purchase…. We did purchase a TV console and was told that it would be 2 to 3 weeks for it be received and delivered. After 4 months we finally received our furniture. No fault of Crossroads furniture. Went in looking for a hutch for my dining room and walked out instead with. New nightstand and dresser. Love the friendly folks and knowledge of the staff! Highly recommend!
