You can have POA on an account and hand cash over from another bank to deposit into your loved one’s account in need. They somehow hold the money for days preventing access to the funds. Then I learn when my loved one’s needing to pull cash out they can’t give her enough cash because they don’t have it or a shortage or whatever. This bank sucks.
