I am new to Crossroads and opened a business account. I called Donald to talk to him because I've known him for years. He told me he wasn't the one to talk to for this particular transaction, but got me straight over to Doug. This has honestly been the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I’ve tried to give this bank multiple chances, but every time I end up more frustrated than before. They almost never answer the phone — I’ve had to call 15 or more times just to get someone to pick up, and when I leave messages, I never get a call back. It shouldn’t take that much effort just to reach someone for basic account help. Have been banking there for 38 years,have been very happy with all my services there,have treated me with nothing but respect and kindness,would take alot to make me switch
