Chris came out to the house as scheduled, then ghosted us. Guess the home and contents didn't meet their/his standards...common courtesy and business professionalism would have suggested that a simple call or email to decline the opportunity was warranted...NEVER HAPPENED.
We recently had to move my Mom to a care facility and hired Crossroads to clean out her place in Heritage Harbor. Chris and Cindy are true pros and got the job done very quickly and efficiently. They managed to make an emotionally difficult project stress-free for our family. They facilitated selling my Mom’s silver and donating most of her belongings to various charities, and left the house ready for sale. I highly recommend them and their team!
Chris at Crossroads was very helpful to me as I worked to rehome inherited furniture. He was patient, listened to my situation, and offered viable solutions. I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service and outcome that I received from Crossroads Estate Services.
Crossroads were amazing. In two short weeks, amidst a few weather challenges, they cleaned my parents home (no small feat as the place was filthy), sorted the forty-plus years of accumulations (parents were pack-rats), organized and held a successful estate sale, disposed of the remainder, and cleaned the house again! Chris and Cindy were cheerful, hard working, in regular communication, and respectful of our timeframe and issues. I wholeheartedly recommend Crossroads to anyone needing to clear out a house.
