Amazing staff. They asked the right questions and fit me with exactly the e bike I needed. I am retired, but come from a business where I learned to recognize the difference between simply doing a job, and having passion for a job. These folks have passion, and the ensuing knowledge, to set you up well.
we got a problem with ours rims and tires but they were able to fix it so great customer service will be coming back in the future

I’ve bought several bikes from Crossroads and they have been great to work with every time. They are VERY knowledgeable, and I know that if I ever have a problem or question I can walk in and they will help. They give you individualized, personal attention, but not high pressure sales. I may have paid a little more, but it’s worth it to have them right here in town if I need guidance or assistance.
