I have popped in the shop a few times needing tire fixed or adjusted and Jim always stops what he is doing and fixes my problem..
Excellent service. Just want to say ty on the front bracks you fixed for me
Best shop in town. Knows their stuff and more than willing to go the extra mile to get a bike on the road. Example #1 I commute with my kids in tow my tire went flat a friend saw and took it to him he fixed it and installed it so quickly that my kids didn't even miss their activity and we headed home on time before the hangry happen. Saved me. Second I use a cargo bike that is massive and he has gone above and beyond for servicing it.
Jim is the Best! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed! Great service and personal attention! Crossroads cyclery Rocks!
