Great guy and Great work on bikes.
Jim was incredibly helpful and friendly. Definitely can tell this is the place for great service work and customer service. Knows his bikes .
Jim is super wonderful, knowledgeable, fair, and honest. I and my son go there with all our bike problems and repairs and maintenance and he always take good care of us. This local business is a prime example of a person who has taken what he loves and turned it into a viable, thriving, and good business & honest service to our community. We are fortunate to have such businesses like Crossroads Cyclery in out town. Thank you both Maria and Jim.
I have popped in the shop a few times needing tire fixed or adjusted and Jim always stops what he is doing and fixes my problem..
