I have found after more than 20 years of dealing at this Credit Union that there definitely is not the same level of customer service that the Credit Union was once noted for. Business service fees are ridiculously high for small business. Circumstances today tipped the scales and I have decided after all these years dealing with the Preeceville Branch that we are closing our account and terminating our membership. I don't make life easy for the ladies at Crossroads Credit union and I would expect they'd give me less than five-star service. It's the contrary. They've been excellent. There is maybe one or two staff members that could brush up on their customer service skills but otherwise I will pick this location over everyone else without a second thought.
I have been through the ringer with banks and what not for quite some time and not been helped because I'm a number not a person apparently it felt like, and i didn't get calls back to help me ever! I tell ya though this one person changed it all around for me and truly helped me out and i will be sticking to only her at canora crossroads credit union for now on. Tried to get help with my banking needs at the front desk & the old lady literally said "no" when I told her I have an affinity credit union Bank account in Kamsack so I'm thinking she's very very rasict cause I'm so use to being treated like I'm not human & it fricking breaks my heart & soul. My girlfriend has an affinity bank account too in Kamsack also an they helped her here so that's how I know I was refused service cause I'm a native & so is my girlfriend!
