My experience with Crossroads was very disappointing because of the poor disposition displayed by a woman working there. I wondered why she was waiting on customers because she lacked all the skills necessary to develop any good customer relations. Although I did accomplish what I wanted to at Crossroads, I won't be returning because of the bad experience with this woman. She shouldn't be in a position that represents a company as she will turn business away.
