Nurses are nice when you can bloody well find them. Waiting over 1hr 45 min from pressing help button.
I would first tell the whole nursing staff my apologies for what they were going through with my patient. Didn't realize the problems they were dealed with they are all just so nice and understanding. Again my apologies to all of you
Stopped by there to see a patient there on Sunday. Walked in the door, no one at the front desk. I wasn't sure what room the patient was in so I just started to walk down the hallway. The firts 8 rooms I passed were void of even patients. Didn't see anyone, no staff, no one at the nurses station. I finally found the patients room, visited with her and decided to leave. Again walked down the hall, signed out, and walked out the front door...never seeing any staff. This is not even safe for these patients that anyone can come ... read more
