Stopped by there to see a patient there on Sunday. Walked in the door, no one at the front desk. I wasn't sure what room the patient was in so I just started to walk down the hallway. The firts 8 rooms I passed were void of even patients. Didn't see anyone, no staff, no one at the nurses station. I finally found the patients room, visited with her and decided to leave. Again walked down the hall, signed out, and walked out the front door...never seeing any staff. This is not even safe for these patients that anyone can come ... read more
Taylor was amazing at helping my Dad get transferred to Crossroads Care Center of Kenosha! She went way above and beyond her job responsibilities and was willing and able to help us seek out other necessary resources. She was patient, kind, empathetic, and supportive.
Rick is getting good care from everyone on staff.
Stayed at crossroads for 2 1/2 weeks. Staff was very friendly and understood the situation...I too understand their situation... understaffed and doing the best they could. Taylor...the liaison I give a five star ...very helpful young lady. Food was delicious...wow!
My brother was placed at crossroads after a hospital stay. The staff was exceptional in providing him comfort and care. They went above and beyond to keep our family in the loop on progress. Tia.Tim,Patty worked together with the family making sure the best care both physical and mental was top priority. Tim even assisted getting calls from family to my brother..who was immobile. Thank you to all staff for your extraordinary love and care you provided to our loved one for his final days. That comfort care was bar none.
