My mother was a Crossroads resident from 2015-18. she received excellent, compassionate care until the end of her life. My mother-in-law was a resident from 2020-23. I am revising my previous review because the quality of care has gone from stellar to seriously, dangerously bad. The grounds are beautiful. The houses are clean and pleasant. The food seems decent. I used to provide Hospice Services as a nurse in this building. It is family owned and ran. When people go there they seem to do better and the staff is very communicative. I would feel very comfortable sending a loved one here!

My mother is in the memory care unit there. They take very good care of her. Everyone that works there is very kind and helpful.

After trying to reach someone regarding their facility with 4 calls and never being able to speak with anyone OR have a person pick up the phone on ANY call, I was able to eliminate them from my search. If they are not responsive from the start, I can only imagine if someone has a family member in trouble. This is the only facility where I couldn't speak to someone or get a return call. Thank you for the advance red flag!

The caregivers are the best in Tucson. Terra Martin is my favorite .
