Beginning with our arrival with Dad, to be admitted to Crossroads Assisted Living, the staff was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond in making Dad feel welcome. The staff was professional, courteous and accommodating. They were personable and friendly with all the patients and visitors. The grounds and facilities are well maintained. I observed that they treated all their patients with care and affection, like family. They were very compassionate. I highly recommend Crossroads Assisted Living.

Great environment for our loved ones, staff is very caring, house is always clean and the patio is beautiful. Highly recommend if looking for a place for your loved one to be taken care of

Highly recommend this place, the cleanliness, the attentiveness of all staff members, and the willingness to help from all employees was beyond me. They take such good care of my love one, and I love spending time here. 10/10 all around.

In October if 2024, just a few months after. Crossroads was reopened under new ownership, we moved my Mother in law in to house 2. It quickly felt like a home. She was well cared for and loved by the staff. They treated her as their own mom or family. We loved that almost every care taker was bilingual. This was comforting to my MIL since her first language was Spanish, and completely fluent in English. We were always so welcome when we were at the house. We could come and go to visit as we wished.
