This has honestly been the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I’ve tried to give this bank multiple chances, but every time I end up more frustrated than before. They almost never answer the phone — I’ve had to call 15 or more times just to get someone to pick up, and when I leave messages, I never get a call back. It shouldn’t take that much effort just to reach someone for basic account help.
