Riding the Tuatara 1000 arrived in Gore with a bike caked in dust from the gravel road and passing logging trucks with the drive train running very rough. Too busy to give my drive train a clean, they loaned the kit to clean it up myself. Then,offered the use of his back yard to pitch tent for the night but not required. Top Service.
We moved to Gore from the US and we have bought three bikes from this shop. They have been amazing! We look forward to getting E-bikes from them in the future as well. Highly recommend
Bought a new bike and couldn’t be happier. Richard’s help and setting the bike up for my height etc was extremely appreciated. Will definitely use their services again.
