Wow .. If you need a mortgage. I highly recommend you speak to Ted and CrossPoint. I got tons of junk mail over the years pretending to be my lender or offering low interest deals. I threw them in the trash. I kept a Crosspoint letter because it was HONEST. I called Ted and got HONEST answers. How refreshing. I wish I had used them with my initial VA loan.
