Dealing with nutmeg since the transition from crosspoint has been absolutely horrific one of the absolute worst moves mergers to ever happen I had no problems with crosspoint all the transactions were smooth if there was a hiccup it was easily resolved this is just been terrible i've been with crosspoint for over 20 years I think it's time to go.

I love Crosspoint federal credit union also known as Wepawaug-Flagg. My Great Aunt introduced me & I even introduced my sister! I hope to one day introduce my child or husband as well. Thank you all for servicing my family and I for centuries and decades!!

I have had so many issues with this bank that I’ve never encountered with bigger banks. I regret opening an account with them and will start shopping around for a replacement.

As you can tell, most of us have rated Crosspoint with five stars. That's because they deserve it. I had one of the best financial experiences ever, and I've been to my share of institutions. Shanita was absolutely amazing! Keep up the great work. You're a credit (pardon the pun) to your profession and institution! Thanx!
