I have used uTax for at least 10 years, but unfortunately, I have seen no innovations within the software during that time. Additionally, the platform is antiquated and continues to have many glitches. Furthermore, I have found the tax support department to be unhelpful. The staff is often rude, short, and condescending, which defeats the purpose of having a support department intended to assist users. I have decided that it is in my best interest to move my business elsewhere.
