Both crummy reviews on our site are from someone we've never worked with. We have never been off or quotes by 300%, or surprised a customer with pricing Learning even after three years how difficult it is to have integrity in these reviews and the subsequent overall rating. Frustrating, because our team works so hard to earn trust and referrals.
I was interested in getting 2nd cover for my boat that I could install easily while the boat is in the water. (The OEM cover required cinch straps from the rear). Dave did an awesome job explaining the tradeoffs of materials and different styles. The cover is made with quality craftsmanship at a fair price. It was ready on time. Really appreciate small businesses like this with great customer service.
Called them regarding installing new seat covers on our bass boat, we had already purchased the new covers so they just needed to replace what came off, labor only. We were quoted an estimate after sending photos and discussing by phone, however upon pick up we were charged almost 3 times the quote. We literally could have purchased new seats already upholstered from the manufacturer for less.
