Joined CrossFit GonZstronG 2 months ago and I love working out here. Everyone is very inclusive and supportive, it’s a legit community. Big shoutout to coach Brooke, I’ve never worked out under expert guidance of someone like her before, she’s a subject matter expert in true sense when it comes to cross fit 🫡
If you have a high school athlete, trying to make it to the next level this is where you need to be! My oldest son, Prince, Started working out with Brooke going into sophomore year of high school. She got him stronger, more agile, more conditioned, and jumping higher. My son is starting his first year as a college basketball player on a full scholarship! I’ve been apart of this CrossFit gym of almost 3 years now. The coaches are so helpful & patience, the program is challenging & fun, & the community is the best. There’s community inside & outside of the box. They’ve recent added some programming that has made my lifting techniques & mobility so much better.
