Dropped in today; will probably be back Monday 💪🏼 the space is smaller than my local box but they had almost 20 people just fine. Instruction was great; they were patient and really able to break it down, connecting to the athlete/me (my form is horrible and I have to be told the same thing 10x to get through to my chemo fried brain.) There is no other product like CrossFit. Great community! Coaches are amazing always paying attention at your posture and making sure you are doing it right! Also given advice and how to do it better! Love this place! Recommended 100%
Great and encouraging environment, teacher are attempt all time correcting your posture and giving you directions, very fun work outs, great experience.
