Great gym, great people and great coaches. Super accepting and no pressure or judgement! Just encouraging vibes. Been going for about 2 months now and can’t stop going back. Come give it a shot, beats the hell out of your locks corporations (24, chuze and planet fitness) I’ve done them all and it’s not even comparable. This gym rocks.
CrossFit Fortius East is the best!!! The coaches motivate me to push myself beyond what my mind is capable of, yet are understanding of some of my physical limitations and help me find ways to tailor my workout. The classes are awesome and have a great community of military, fire, and police.
Great location. Awesome hours. Coach Richard is amazing. He’s attentive to the various skill levels and abilities - much appreciated by the out-of-shape middle-aged couch potato (me). He’s knowledgeable and a physical beast! Muscles in his hair, I’m sure. The other crossfitters aka beasts are friendly and supportive. Joining this CrossFit gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my fitness and overall mindset. From day one, the energy, professionalism, and community spirit have been next-level. Coach Tony is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and truly pushes you to be your best. The workouts are challenging but always scalable, and the community is so supportive. I’ve seen real progress in both strength and confidence. Highly recommend!
