Banked here for 10+ years as CrossFirst and loved CrossFirst. Ever since the merger Busey has ruined this bank. Getting ahold of customer service takes about an hour. The check deposit policy is ridiculous. Deposited a check Thursday evening before closing called Friday morning and said it wouldn’t be available till Monday. That’s fine. Monday rolls around and called again and they said it wouldn’t be available until Tuesday. I’m fed up with this bank and will be pulling out my money and switching. Busey bank is horrible.

I am not a fan of this bank after they took mine over !! Can't no longer talk to a live person when you call. You have to go through a bull shit automated service which is a headache!!! I loved Crossfirst which I have been with for yrs. But this take over, I am not liking and now thinking of changing banks because of it. Not that they will care because there customer service is none existent...
