They are liars called us about refi took our info and made me unfreeze our credit block and then never called us back .they are shady and under handed!beware!! His name was quincy.
Terrible experience trying to work with Agent Barry, he is unwilling to flex and work via text/email to accomadate busy work schedules, and disabilities. He does not want to put things in writing and is always asking for a call stating "I can’t have the conversation over text. When can we talk about it". I advise you work with a different lender if you need flexibility from your agent.
