Kristi Williams is the most unprofessional adult I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I should have read more reviews before trying to do business with her. She was impossible to contact, would openly discuss legal documents while in the Car on speaker phone with uninvolved parties, and after we made the difficult decision to switch to a professional party, Kristi called my new lender personally and made various accusations and threats. This was easily the worst closing experience I've ever had with a mortgage company. The first time our closing date changed was not even 24 hours before we were set to close and we had our ENTIRE house packed up as well as movers, power and internet scheduled for the next day. Luckily our realtor was able to work out with the seller to let us go ahead and move in early since Cross Country had informed us that the new closing date would be the following week.
