Absolutely do not recommend CCM. Had a terrible experience with this team particularly Stephanie Smith. They were late on our closing date and we checked in constantly with no notification that this was going to be a problem until 2 days before close we had to get the manager involved although at that point it was too late. Incompetent team that oversells and under delivers.
I am waiting to sign loan papers and my loan officer has ghosted me for the last 2 weeks. Can I get a response?
Worst company we have ever worked with. This company held a septic escrow for the sale of our home. They did not communicate with us at all through the process and then told the buyers to find someone else to do the septic which ended in a big 8k higher than the one we originally got from the company we chose.
