Absolutely do not recommend CCM. Had a terrible experience with this team particularly Stephanie Smith. They were late on our closing date and we checked in constantly with no notification that this was going to be a problem until 2 days before close we had to get the manager involved although at that point it was too late. Incompetent team that oversells and under delivers.
I am waiting to sign loan papers and my loan officer has ghosted me for the last 2 weeks. Can I get a response?
Worst company we have ever worked with. This company held a septic escrow for the sale of our home. They did not communicate with us at all through the process and then told the buyers to find someone else to do the septic which ended in a big 8k higher than the one we originally got from the company we chose. Awful communications. Don't expect a response to your question within a week or more. Whether you email directly or through their website, doesn't matter. Best off grabbing the phone and calling, which they don't answer either. Responding to emails is quite difficult I guess, they must be all oh so busy that they can't be bothered to take 10 minutes to respond to a simple question. And don't expect them to share all the information and to be honest with you.
Wow! My mortgage was taken over by this company. I can no longer access my online mortgage account and customer service put me on a 45 minute hold. I give up. Terrible!!!!!!!!
