Terrible experience, awful customer service. The branch manager handled my existing mortgage while working at a local bank, having a positive experience, I decided to look him up for a refinance. The lack of posted rates on the website should have been a red flag. I received 1 copy and paste email after applying, and never heard from a loan officer. 10 days after applying, I still had not received a loan estimate, which is required to be delivered within 3 days.
