Not recommend. The communication was really bad. when I was comparing the mortgages, I asked Nichole Kwang explicitly if I need to buy points on the rate she mentioned and she told me no. But in the end, the price was listed in the document. What makes me more angry is that April from their underwriting team is not communicating professionally.
