Absolutely terrible communication. Ruined my whole closing date and had it moved. Had to take more unpaid time off of work for their mistakes.
Be very careful with this company. They are misleading and apparently one of their staff just notified me they sell your information without your consent or notification to other companies who will then call to harass you with sales pitches. Do yourself a favor and walk out the door and use another mortgage lender
Please don't make the huge mistake of getting a mortgage through these people. Run away as fast as you can. You may think that the initial discount they offer at closing is worth it but it is exceptionally not worth it. Pay the extra and go with a large bank that knows what they're doing and are able to answer your questions of where exactly your money is going.
