Telli and his team are great!!! My first home mortgage was with another lender and Telli actually helped me maneuver it and provided advice when he did not need to. He did not see me as a one-time transactional client but someone he could help regardless of the business. So when it came time to refinance, I secured my financing through Cross Country. Telli Panagakis is the most helpful, patient, and all around nice guy. I didn’t know anything about how to refinance a house, and he walked me through the whole process. He also got me a really good rate in no time flat.
