Navigating a complex process as first time homebuyers was much simplified with Tony C. and his team working by our side. Always available to answer all of our questions in a timely manner and provide guidance on understanding overall costs and possible buying scenarios for multiple properties. Automated online tools available facilitated paperwork related tasks which saved a ton of time for us. Would highly recommend reaching out to this team if your shopping in this rapidly-changing and aggressive market.
Tony Cardinali were a great team to work with. Tony called me every Tuesday for an update while my loan was in underwriting and was reasonably responsive when I had urgent questions. I was originally scheduled to close in the middle of the month and they funded my loan a day or two early but due to unrelated circumstances my closing was delayed to the last day of the month.
