So I have been in mitigation department ever since Sept 2022, let me tell you I have sent the same documents in. It is currently December 24th I received a letter stating apply for mitigation , after I send the same documents in, I am in foreclosure sale now. I thought I was doing the right thing , had the nerve to still ask for the same thing over..over again and last month the caseworker over looked the same items I sent in and closed my case. They really didn't cae

Contracted on new construction, pre-qualified, provided all paper work. Was approved. My closing kept getting delayed by the builder, giving the lender plenty of time to "properly" underwrite the loan.
