Dealing with your i goal mortgage agent is great but whenever you have a question about your existing mortgage they “take a message so a customer service consultant can contact you later” don’t hold your breath been over 2 weeks with multiple messages left and no response.
Tim Dunn is the best! He’s very professional and his experience is priceless! He has helped many of my buyer clients become homeowners (some we thought couldn’t happen) & made the process a wonderful experience along the way! Highly recommend him!!!!!!!!

Tim Dunn is extremely unprofessional. They will put your closing off because others are more important. They will also give you ridiculous closing charges. I ended up having to switch lenders last minute and I'm glad I did because now my closing costs are almost $5000 less. My new lender doesn't even participate in Homes for Heros. This company is filled with con artists. If your closing matters to you bring your business to a legit company.
