As a real estate professional I rely on other professionals like lenders, title people, and other agents. Denise Cohn was the loan originator in a recent deal I was involved with. She is one of those professionals you can count on. She worked tirelessly and with great professionalism and got the job done. She knows her stuff and I, for one, appreciate it.
Since May we been with Crosscountry mortgage, they’re not a Organize company, they been changing the closing days many times they mean racing the rates for the closing constantly. It’s August 14 and still not know exactly how much is for the closing. I already spending so much money that I had to pay here and there and I still not get a final answer of when and how much is the closing cost. I will change my review when I get everything resolved. But for now Me and my family are not a happy customers.
