Been in the process of selling my house and the buyers used this company, this is the worst company I ever had to deal with. The substantial amount of delays for closing to the consistent inconvenience just by not responding via text, email, or phone call not being clear on what they needed far as documentation, and just all around extremely unprofessional. Sold a house and the buyers used this company. I do not have enough words to tell this saga. It was a HORRIBLE experience. Both agents and us are so fed up with this company. Seller of homes---do not sell to ANYONE using this company. Let's just say we moved closing SIX times and here i am sitting with the agents in the lawyer's office...for.the 2nd time today....and the lender still doesn't have the paperwork ready.
