If you're planning to buy a home, I strongly recommend avoiding this bank. My experience was extremely frustrating: slow processes, poor communication, and unexpected changes that made closing much more complicated than it should have been. Instead of helping, they made the entire process stressful and difficult. There are far better options out there that actually value their clients and respect their time.

Matt Bass was phenomenal from start to finish very on top of the situation we were on a time crunch and Matt came through BIG TIME! he kept on top of what the steps were what was going on never was I left in the dark greatest experience with my first home would give 10 stars if I could thanks again will be back for sure
