I'll explain my situation, and tell you how this experience went. My landlord that I was renting from, gave me an eviction notice of February of 2023. I was looking for housing just north of Concord, NH to as south as Hooksett, NH. With the limited market that we were in as the market started to slow down. My realtor gave me the contact of Chris.
