Customer service is the absolute worst. I have been on the phone for 2 days trying to payoff my loan and get answers about escrow funds. I was told the payoff department is not an actual department and I couldn't speak to anyone in that department, that is not an actual department???? Here we are 2 days later no answers, no help just waiting on a call back. Sold my house over 2 weeks ago and they are still showing the loan not satisfied and trying to draft another mortgage payment. Please take my advice and find another lend... read more

FULL DISASTER. AVOID. I’m only going 1 star because I can’t go -10. I worked with Traci M briefly but it was a disaster. It was an easy situation but she never got back to us on simple stuff. Completely ignored. Too many to choose from to go with them. .

Amazing company. They will fight for you to get your home. They really went above and beyond for us. They always answer the phone and are insanely fast at getting you answers. I would 10/10 recommend.

I wish I could say I had the pleasure of working with Cross Country mortgage. Loan officer Tracy Marasco was the least pleasurable experience I have ever had. RUDE RUDE RUDE! My client even said she felt rushed, and pressured from this company. Beware!
