While my initial experience with CCM was rough, after complaining, I was finally contacted by a human who was willing to help. Will Gandy (in Sales) went above and beyond to figure out WTF was going on. While the result was related to an issue with changes to something within the company and not a satisfying answer, I was at least was able to get an answer. Original review 1 out of 5 stars
Absolutely terrible experience. Constantly rejected my evidence of insurance for my policy without explanation, then proceeded to purchase ridiculously expensive insurance providing absolutely no way of talking to a real human being. Avoid them like the plague
