In January 2023 was making my regular payment and on their website they had a little link on the top for options of payment assistance programs and things like that covid related things so I clicked on the link out of curiosity and one of the options you talked about was taking six payments and put it to the end of the loan so I called the phone number I had a 40 minute conversation with the woman she was very nice we went over everything she completely explained it would never affect my credit I could easily take six paymen... read more

In February I started their program they had an option to take six payments and put it to the end of the loan, I was approved and started the 6 months with no payments only to find at the end they never deferred the payments they only reported me late for 6 months JJ mazzo and everyone was involved from the beginning and still they have let my whole life be destroyed while they sit back and do nothing to fix there errors. In February I started their program they had an option to take six payments and put it to the end of the loan so I agreed upon that and filled out all the paperwork their computer system is messed up and is not uploading the documents they destroyed my credit. Now at the end of the program they're trying to tell me I'm in foreclosure. They are reporting my credit bad still, They do not care about the customer at all!

Nick Maglio and his team are the absolute best to work with! The process of getting approved for a home loan can be stressful, but they made everything so simple from start to finish. The process was easy, smooth, and fast. We actually closed early on our new home!!
