I don't care how desperate you are for a loan, absolutely never use this company. You will 100% regret it. Luckily, I'm in a position to pull some money and pay my loan off early so I'm not stuck on the hook for $300,000 in interest, but a lot of people aren't so lucky. They lost my insurance policy and forceplaced their own instead, which cost me an additional $10,000 a year. I don’t recommend adison it was a messy escrow and closing and I find out a week after closing that he has blocked my number so I can’t ask any questions regarding my loan.
I have very bad experience with this Mortgage company (CrossCountry Mortage). I have initially gone with this mortgage company through the builder, the loan has been, and house is closed. CrossCountry Mortage has sold the loan (with original loan amount) to the different mortgage company after they received first month installment. They did not transfer the first month payment to the other mortgage company for which the loan was sold with original loan amount. Neither lender nor anyone from Title office at closing went over the Closing Disclosures with me. I specifically asked the lender to go over each line item with me since it was very confusing and I did not understand all the numbers in the CD. Lender insisted that the title office will go over these at the time of closing. Guess what? When I asked the title office for the explanation, they simply said it was the lender's job to do it. I had to close without fully understand what I was paying for
