I have worked directly with Dave Matthews. He did a very poor job working with us. His communication was minimal and then he eventually ghosted us. We were told that we could be approved for a loan and then that ended up not being true. Before you think we just couldn't qualify due to issues on our end, I worked with 2 different lenders immediately after and were approved by both without any issues. Strongly recommend going with someone else.
The Cross Country Team in Charlotte are true professionals! They take excellent care of my real estate clients. I know if I refer a client to them they will be taken well care of and informed all along the way to the closing on their home.

Stay away from this mortgage broker. They lie to gather your information, explicitly state in writing they will not run a hard pull on your credit and then once they get your SSN you will get an alert stating they ran a hard credit check affecting your credit immediately. Then you will never hear from them again. I am grateful not to have given them any of my money and obtained great service and rates from another company. I have been called by this office at least 10+ times by three different people and texted numerous other times despite telling them they have the wrong number via text and by a voicemail. I was also told via a voicemail that “someone is possibly using my number” which this has been my phone number for 20~ years.
