I have been called by this office at least 10+ times by three different people and texted numerous other times despite telling them they have the wrong number via text and by a voicemail. I was also told via a voicemail that “someone is possibly using my number” which this has been my phone number for 20~ years. They only get one star because they do not allow anyone to make biweekly payments. You have to be a month ahead. That's two full payments before you can apply. This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of.

They kind of speak to you like you’re the dumbest person in the world. They’ll argue with you, tell you you’re wrong, claim you can’t get a better rate somewhere else… Well there are better rates out there. Snarky people who hate their job. There are hundreds of options out there. If you’re customer facing and rely on commission, I’d think you’d want to be a little less rude? Anyways, go somewhere else, not here!

This company has called me for several days in a row. They have harassed me constantly calling from different numbers all times of the day And night. I have asked them to stop, but they only giggle and laugh on the phone and continue their harassment. Do not use these people. They’re unprofessional and a little scary.. Why would you continue to call a elderly person over and over and over again after they have begged you to stop?

Great at first when you have an in person rep. Just wait till you have to deal with the horrible customer service, horrible online interface, they withdraw your monthly dues whenever they feel like it and don’t bother to tell you when they can’t contact your insurance provider until after they cancel your insurance policy. I wish I had the opportunity to move my business elsewhere without hurting my rate.
