Katie Seagle has the worst communication she could have when it comes to working with the public. She said she was very honest but told my husband she didn’t want to run his credit? We are trying to get a mortgage for a house, of course she needs to run the credit? She asked for a loan estimate from another lender and she told us she would try and match the rate. Never heard from her again. Don’t work if you don’t want to! Now we are just getting robots calling all the time!!! I highly suggest going with someone else!

Called in to get help with an issue with a loan originator. Was hung up on the first time and the second time I could not be transferred but they said they would take a message and give it to HR

Their sales tactics are straight up harassment. Somehow they got my number and have called me all day, every day, for weeks. I will never ever work with a Cross Country Mortgage-affiliated broker primarily because of this, but after doing a little Googling, there are many other reasons, too. When I finally answered, it sounded like they were calling me from a cafeteria in a wind tunnel--super unprofessional. I would give 0 stars if possible. If you contact these people, instead of an agent contacting you, you'll be robo called 49 times a day by a "virtual assistant" until you demand they put you on a do not call list.
