Their sales tactics are straight up harassment. Somehow they got my number and have called me all day, every day, for weeks. I will never ever work with a Cross Country Mortgage-affiliated broker primarily because of this, but after doing a little Googling, there are many other reasons, too. I would give 0 stars if possible. If you contact these people, instead of an agent contacting you, you'll be robo called 49 times a day by a "virtual assistant" until you demand they put you on a do not call list.

I have worked directly with Dave Matthews. He did a very poor job working with us. His communication was minimal and then he eventually ghosted us. We were told that we could be approved for a loan and then that ended up not being true. Before you think we just couldn't qualify due to issues on our end, I worked with 2 different lenders immediately after and were approved by both without any issues. Strongly recommend going with someone else.

The Cross Country Team in Charlotte are true professionals! They take excellent care of my real estate clients. I know if I refer a client to them they will be taken well care of and informed all along the way to the closing on their home.

Delaney Besecker at Cross Country Mortage is the best! She takes the time to meet with you personally every step of the way to make sure you are understanding the process and making the most of your money. We would recommend her to anyone.
