Chad is very knowledgeable as is his team. We spent years searching for our ideal home and received very quick responses and pre approval letters for every home we offered on (~5 total).
If you love to jump through hoops, pick this company. They do not tell you that their process can take up to 4 months for a recast. Save yourself the trouble and pick a bank that actually manages your loan instead of the middleman
