I worked with Mark and Ebony and had a great experience. They kept me informed throughout the process and were able to get me closed within 3 weeks. The communication was appreciated, and Mark even came to closing to give me additional details about my loan. It was nice to meet him as we had talked over the phone and through email throughout the process - Thank you!

I'm giving one star because the loan officer I dealt with was great. The rest of the company is awful. Tried to get a HECOLs and they made us restart the application process twice due to errors that they could not fix because of the system they use. The 2nd time the loan was approved and we were getting ready to sign and they said there was an issue but they couldn't tell exactly what it was but we they would have to cancel the application [that was already approved] and we would have to restart the process a 3rd time. Chad is very knowledgeable as is his team. We spent years searching for our ideal home and received very quick responses and pre approval letters for every home we offered on (~5 total).

If you love to jump through hoops, pick this company. They do not tell you that their process can take up to 4 months for a recast. Save yourself the trouble and pick a bank that actually manages your loan instead of the middleman
