I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by CrossCountry Mortgage. I have encountered multiple issues with their technology, which consistently fails to work properly. Additionally, their customer service is severely lacking; my emails go unanswered, and when I do manage to speak with a representative, they are often rude and uninformed. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company based on my current experience.
If your looking for a solid mortgage company, these are the folks! Tom and staff make things happen.
We worked with Tom and had a great experience with him. He held our hand through these crazy interest rates times and was very helpful with the whole home buying process. Would recommend Tom to anyone looking to buy a home in the area!
Worst mortgage company I've ever dealt with. Everyone I talk to tells me something different that Contradicts the other. They do not want to help then after they lied they put a time limit on you I do not recommend cross country mortgage. Do yourselves a favor and find a different company to do your mortgage with.
We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Jared We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. He is honest he really helped to take the pressure off of us.
