Terribly difficult to do business with. Called 5 phone numbers and no person answers. Went to 3 websites related to CCM and not able to get loan information. Zero stars should be an option
I have completed All required verifications and still has not received any feedback regarding anything about it , it went from Selena to Veronica and nothing is being since I believe February and I came back and asked for an update in March and still nothing at all, but it still sent me emails Veronica do and cannot complete the job process so I’m not for sure what is going on with my application. My mortgage was sold to these people. There are so many grammatical errors and misspellings on their website that I thought it was a fake company. Their Help center live agents are confused and simply repeat script lines.
